- Why did you choose this song(personal taste, the artist, the message)
I choose this song because of the message.
- What is the song about?
Its about a girl that is young and having problems at home with her parents she also pregnant but also in love with her boyfriend but then her boyfriend stops caring about her and she goes to jail. But she still loves him and she will do anything for him.
What is the author's purpose?
That things sometimes dont happen the way you want them to but you have right to do what you want that you have choices in life.
-What stance is the author is the author taking regarding the issue?
That is better to make right choices in life so you dont end up in an even bad situation.

Soul Surfur

This film was made in 2011. This was dircted by Sean McNamard. The people who produced this film was David Brookwell, Sean McNamard, David Zelon, Dutch Hofstetter and Douglas Schwartz. the stars of the show was Bethany Meliani Hamilton.

This film is about a girl that was a surfer. But one day a shark acttaked her and bit her arm off. At that point she felt that the world was coming down on her. But then kids started writting her letters that there goin to do what they love to do no matter what's holding them back. The theme that the author is saying is that you can follow your dreams if you put your mind into it.

A quality that this film show is bravery.

Picture activity

1. There are two boys the one with blue is my cousein Ever and the other boy is Chris. Them two boys are bothers. The two girls behind me are my cousein. The girl in the orgrane is Yolanda in the other one is Dalia. All of us got skinny jeans on two ate wearing converse one have vans one high heels and one flats. The boys are wearing Aero one a SnapBack the other a writer hat. I smelled pizza because that's what they was saleing to eat and we did eat pizza. We touch the equipment there was to play. I heard all of the kids playing around and yelling at the game. We was taking a picture to have a good memory.

2. We was in this little room celebrating my cousins birthday one of her best friend made her a surprise birthday party and we danced and talked and ate. 

3. After the picture was tooling we all gather together at the door some of the little kids got tickle and traided them for toys. And the other just to say goodbye. 

4. A lot of things were happening around. There was kids running around just yelling and missing around.

5. In this picture not everyone gets along. The two boys fight a lot that's why there at the end. I don't really get along with the girl in the orange. I am just next to her because it wouldn't look good if me and the other girl were together just the style of the picture. 

6. Dalia- ohh my god if this girl don't put down that peace sign, and Dulce need to put her hand on her waist. 

7. The photographer was one of my other cousin he probably was thinking that we need to get a little but more closer. 

8. If this picture was found ten years later I would feel that we had a good time even though not all of us get along. I would want some one to understand that no matter where you are or who your with if you had a good time there has to go a picture with it. 

Letter to Mr.Harris

I am Dulce Candela. I like to do many things. I like to draw,dance,hang out with friends. The reason am in Mary E Phillips is because I was in a booster program and when I finished the program I got send to this school. I want to finish high school to get a good job that will maintain me in life and give my family what they need with no struggle. 

Most of the writing that I do are for teachers. In class I write a lot of notes. There are also letters that our teaches make us do. I really don't like writing about anything unless it's really interesting to write about. I also write messages to my friends in Facebook and twitter. There are times when I have a funny,scary, or just a nice and personal dream that I would like to remember that I write in this little dream journal. I really don't know how this affects in classroom of writing.

I love writing when it comes to talking to my friends. Also sometimes when my teachers ask as to write about something I would really enjoy writing and talking about. Most of the times it was in school but also in my personal time. The grade that I enjoy writing is in third grade. My teacher was the best. She would give us options in what we want to write about. I don't  like writing so much only when I feel like I got to write something down.

When I write I have to be listen to some type of music that I can write to not to loud or soft. I sometimes like to be alone. With no distraction but when there is some distraction I try not to pay attention. I like to write my work out by hand but sometimes I do like typing it on the computer. I do like to free write but only when am feeling down about something. After am down I just listen to music or just go to sleep n dream things away. I keep my things private sometimes when it's just for me if it's school work then I sometimes like to get feedback. 

Other then writhing I don't write other then texting or writing things down. I just help around the house or just chill with my sisters even though they annoying but they can be cool when they want to. And we had a good times.
